The 9K is durable, safe and easy to install. And now, it accommodates Schlage, Sargent, Yale and Corbin Russwin cores. So just about everyone can keep their key systems and still have the BEST. Easy choice.
The 9K is the easiest upgrade you'll ever make.
Now that the 9K houses most major cores, upgrading to BEST is easy. Start by selecting the right lockset for your core system from the chart below to ensure you get the proper configuration option. Once you receive your 9K, installation is a snap. Just slide the existing core out of the lock you're replacing, install the new 9K, and snap your old core into the new 9K lever. No assembly, drilling or re-keying required.
